We use UPS to deliver Smiles straight to your doorstep. Depending on the shipping method you select, your order will be delivered via Standard Ground, Expedited, or Rush Delivery.
Please be sure to check all addresses carefully as UPS handles all aspects of delivery. Please note that Smileycookie.com is not responsible for missed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect address entry.
At checkout, our calendar feature allows you to select the day when you would like your order to be delivered. Please note, the calendar feature may not populate with Third Party Checkouts such as ShopPay, PayPal, or GPay. If you would like to select your date, please use our standard checkout to do so.
If you are planning an event, we recommend setting a delivery date of 3 to 4 business days BEFORE your event to avoid any unexpected delays from UPS or choose Expedited or Rush delivery methods to guarantee your delivery time. Please note that all provided ground delivery dates are estimated times provided by UPS, and SmileyCookie.com is not responsible for deliveries delayed by UPS after pickup from our bakery.
When sending a Smile to hospitals, hotels, colleges, or large businesses, we can only guarantee delivery to the mailroom or receiving department at the location. Please allow extra time for the facility to route the package to the correct recipient.
While we’d love to spread Smiles around the world, unfortunately, we currently only ship across the United States and to APO/FPO addresses.

- Orders ship 2-3 business days after the order is placed to allow cookies to be baked and packaged for shipping. Expedited and Rush shipping methods shorten the transit timeline only. Processing times are factored in to delivery estimates when using the calendar feature in checkout.
- Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. EST will not be processed until the next business day.
- Business days do not include weekends, however, Saturday delivery may occur in select ZIP codes and is not guaranteed.
