I was shipping this to a US fighter pilot in the Middle East and initially had some touble getting the address to fit on the website. I called the customer service phone number and someone walked me through the process. She was so patient and gave me all of the information that I needed.

With 2 grands starting preschool and one in kindegarten and one in first grade, I wanted to find something to let the grandkids know I was thinking of them, since we live some distance away. I've sent Smileys before (Halloween and Valentine's cookies.) They were excited to get the cookies because it was unexpected. I grew up near Pittsburgh, so it is a speclal treat for my Steeler loving kids and grandkids. (We all live in Ohio,now) to get a little taste of Pittsburgh. The stars are the perfect shape to celebrate a new school year. In return, I got adorable videos of the grands and their favorite cookies. It is so easy to order and they arrive fresh and delicious.
