Great cup of coffee. Full flavor while not bitter. Can drink 3 cups without resistance from my stomach. Please do not change (aka improve) the coffee which is great just the way it is. We have friends and relatives across the country that look forward to their holiday and birthday gifts of Eat n Park coffee (with cookies, of course).
