Our cookies are made in a peanut-free and tree-nut free facility. No peanuts, tree nuts, or nuts of any kind ever enter our bakery. We also ensure that our ingredients are not produced in facilities that process nuts.
Our cookies do contain Wheat, Egg, Soy, and Dairy ingredients.
The Orthodox Union supervises our production and certifies that all of our cookie gifts are Kosher Dairy.

I send the cookies to the school in NC where my daughter teaches to provide a taste of Pgh. Her second grade class and the faculty enjoy the unique treat. The quality of the cookies never fails and the freshness and appearance of the cookies is always top notch.
