Where's my order? 

Thanks for placing an order with us.  To check the status of your order, please enter your order number in the box below.  You received this order number in a confirmation email we sent you after placing your order.

Please note that we bake each cookie fresh the morning that your order ships out to insure that your cookies are as fresh and delicious as possible. If your order does not show an update yet, it may not have been picked up by FedEx and may getting baked or packed right now. If that is the case, you can expect an update at 3:30 PM EST Monday-Friday when your order is picked up for delivery and entered into their system.
