I had difficulty ordering on line for some reason relating to my computer, therefore, I made a direct phone order and found it very convenient and service great! The order was for my daughter and her husband. She loves Smiley cookies, especially on the west coast where she is located, and The Sarris chocolates were a bonus, especially for her husband. The order arrived as schedule on the day i specified - that was great! the contents were all in tact and the freshness sealed in! A perfect gesture for someone who loves cookies and is so far away. (I am on the east coast). Great idea! continue marketing as you have. PS I was on the first order when the Steelers went to the super bowl and the order included the terrible towels. I just received the gift from my daughter and was thrilled! The gift basket is just wonderful and the cookies are the best. I just ordered the same item for a cousin that just came home from the hospital, I know she will love it. I also will be ordering them for Christmas gifts for hard to please friends.
