I have placed my order. How soon will it be delivered?

The order/shipping status of purchases can be tracked online. Simply go to Order Status and follow the directions. If you have a question about your order, please contact our Customer Service Team.

How long does it take to process an online order?

If you order your items today we will ship them out the next business day.  If you select a certain delivery date we will ship them out based on the time it will take for the package to arrive.

 

What are the shipping options and prices?

We offer flat rate Ground Shipping for $7.99 per address.  If you need your delviery sooner we offer FedEx Overnight and 2-day delivery service.  At checkout enter your desired delivery date and we will tell you what shipping options are available for those dates.  FedEx Overnight and 2-day do not deliver on Saturday.

Can I track my order?

Yes, once your order ships we will send you a tracking number that can be tracked via FedEx.  You can also check the status of your order in our Order Status Center.

Can I ship an order outside the United States?

Unforuntately no, we currently only ship outside the US to APO/FPO addresses.

Can I ship to PO Boxes through Smiley Cookie?

Yes, we will use FedEx Smart Post to deliver the package.  FedEx Smart Post is a partnership between FedEx and the USPS.  Delivery to PO Boxes can take up to 8 days.  If possible find a physical address and use this.

Can I ship to APO/FPO addresses through Smiley Cookie?

Yes, you may. An order going to an APO/FPO address can ship only standard delivery and will go by USPS First-Class Mail.  Delivery can take up to 4 weeks.
